- We will endeavour to ship all orders the same day that are placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
- Orders that are placed on a Friday before 1pm we will endeavour to ship the following Monday.

- Large package next day is 7 pounds to 11 pounds (150 g)

- The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. we aim to refund you within 7 days.
- Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until sacred love toys has receives the goods in question.
- We will offer a full refund or exchange within 30days
